My programming combines full body strength training, cardiovascular endurance work, and a targeted stretch routine. To be strong and stable while also stretched and relaxed allows for faster cueing and better communication with your horse.

My goal is to help increase your overall fitness and excel in your sport. From amateurs to competitive athletes everyone can become more skilled riders with additional exercise outside the saddle and nutritional coaching.
