Hey everyone! My name’s Amanda and I decided to become a fitness coach because I want to be able to directly make a difference in the live’s of others by guiding them towards better health. No one’s ever too old, too young, too busy, too inexperienced, too out of shape, too anything to get up and get moving! Exercise is simply the best medicine for living a happy and healthful life in a body you love. I am here to help you work through anything that’s ever held you back from making fitness a part of your schedule. It is so important to me that everyone finds an exercise program that gets them results and is sustainable. With that being said I’d like to emphasize just how important it is to me to keep exercise FUN!

Aside from upholding my title as a gym rat or health nut, I love getting to spend as much time outdoors as possible. I enjoy trips to the beach, horseback riding, going for hikes, fishing and boating. If you have already scrolled through my Instagram or blog you know how much I love cooking and coming up with new recipes, especially during the summer when I get to use my own garden grown veggies. As I went through school I played a few different sports but never really settled on one that I knew I was very good at. After being introduced to lifting through CrossFit during college, I knew I was finally in my element. Once feeling comfortable and confident that I was really good at this, my goal became sharing my success. From there I began designing personalized training programs to be a perfect fit for each of my clients as well as lead other equestrians to be stronger riders!
