Jalapeno cheddar portobello caps

 

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Season portobello cap with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Fill the cap with shredded cheddar and thinly sliced jalapeños.

Bake for 12-14 minutes, top with cilantro, and add a drizzle of avocado ranch for an extra touch!
